To showcase the intersection of sustainability and luxury, we partnered with blooms, the garden restaurant concept by star chef Heiko Nieder at The Dolder Grand in Zurich.
Set in a serene vegetable and flower garden, this seasonal dining experience redefines fine dining with an entirely plant-based 6-course menu rooted in nature and creativity.
